Form and precision
Traditional work develops coordination, posture, balance, discipline and technical beauty: the visible architecture of martial control.
Thieu-Lam · Sanda · Martial Discipline
Alex Miceli brings together the ancient Vietnamese tradition of Thieu-Lam and the modern combat intelligence of Sanda, guiding students through a demanding, elegant and practical martial education.
The method
The course is built on two complementary worlds: the technical virtuosity of Thieu-Lam and the concrete pressure of Sanda. Students do not simply learn movements. They learn presence, timing, courage and responsibility.

Traditional work develops coordination, posture, balance, discipline and technical beauty: the visible architecture of martial control.
02
Sanda training builds distance, reaction, footwork, striking, projection awareness and the ability to stay lucid under pressure.
03
The goal is not aggression, but mastery: learning to dominate fear, govern strength and make intelligent choices in difficult situations.
The course
The course is designed to welcome new students and progressively lead them toward a complete martial development: technical foundations, athletic preparation, controlled combat, forms, discipline and competition readiness.
Posture, guard, movement, coordination, forms and essential martial mechanics.
Conditioning, mobility, resistance, explosiveness and body awareness.
Progressive sparring, distance, timing, defense, attack and emotional control.
Preparation for national and international competitions for students ready to pursue the agonistic route.
Lineage and formation
Alex Miceli’s background includes twenty years of study in Thieu-Lam, one of the oldest Vietnamese martial traditions, and a full competitive career in Sanda, the combat sport developed within modern Wushu.
A long study of Thieu-Lam shaped the technical and ethical foundation of the method: precision, discipline, form, weapons and martial culture.
Years of agonistic work in Sanda added the modern dimension of combat: speed, impact management, tactical reading and competitive experience.
Among the key points of reference in his path: Franco Canale, Sandro Morgia and Grand Master Lee Dihn Tho.
In 2006 he won the international Global Star Chinese Kung Fu Competition connected to the Shaolin Temple on Mount Song, Henan, China.
Results
The medals, competitions and international recognitions are not displayed as trophies, but as proof of a demanding path: experience transformed into teaching.

Four-time Italian champion in forms and martial specialties, both bare-handed and with weapons.
